At Crocker Drums, we stand behind the SIPI method and our educational materials. If you purchase our premium coaching program and find that the method is not working for you, we offer a conditional 30-day refund policy.
Refund Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have put in the work. You must submit proof that you have attended at least 2 coaching calls, completed the first 4 modules of the coursework, and submitted your practice logs. We require this because the SIPI method requires your active participation to yield results.

If you meet the requirements, please email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase with your receipt and coursework proof. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
